Question by Rae: My iPad 2 didn’t come with the reminders app?
I just got an iPad 2 as a gift yesterday, ( 32g & icloyd ) but for some reason, it didn’t come with the reminders app. I figured I’d be able to get it for free t the app store, but the app by Apple isn’t sold there. Any suggestions? Thanks!

“Reminders” is a feature that will become available to you when you update/upgrade to iOS 5. When you connect to iTunes, you should be informed by the program that there is an update available.
Do keep in mind that some iPads have been sent to Recovery Mode in an attemp to update them, and have been unable to get back out.
Disable your firewalls, anti-virus programs, and the like on the computer that you will dock with your iPad before you attempt the update.
